founded by Stephen McKechnie, Managing Director.
The company offices are
located in the West End of Glasgow, Scotland.
With in-depth knowledge
and experience in the property market and
the building industry, Stephen formed the
company in 1999. In the space of eleven
years Kelvin Properties has grown to become
Scotland's largest private landlord with
an impressive portfolio of properties across
the City Centre, Merchant City, West End
and South Side of the city.
This continuation of
growth has seen Kelvin Properties branch
out in to new territories across Scotland,
with recent multiple acquisitions in Aberdeen,
Dundee, Perth, Hamilton and Aviemore.
