GLASGOW-based McKechnie is a self-made millionaire, and now MD of his own Kelvin Properties, overseeing lavish properties across the globe as well as in the luxurious setting of Loch Lomond.

He may currently be most in love with his Aston Martin, but his wicked sense of humour and clear ambition for the best things in life put him into pole position when it comes to his eligible status.

Greatest achievement in life? Every schoolboy wants to be self-employed. I didn't go to university or college. I became a builder and just stumbled across property. I bought one flat and now I own 400.

Dream job? I used to be a builder so I would go back to doing that.
