Logie Green Road

Edinburgh

An exciting development coming soon – converting a former charity furniture warehouse has both eco and social credentials.

Located in Canonmills, which is a popular area in the north of Edinburgh, 67 Logie Green Road was, until recently, occupied by the Edinburgh Furniture Initiative. The EFI has relocated to the west of the city, with the sale of its warehouse funding the development of hostels for the homeless.

The former warehouse will be replaced by a six-storey development with 48 apartments. Four of which will be stunning penthouses with panoramic views across Edinburgh and large private terraces. A fifth of the total private apartments are 3 beds, which are large enough to accommodate families, and a further 25% (12 no.) have been earmarked as affordable housing.

The building will boast balconies, roof terraces and a lush south-facing residents’ garden, which is available to the entire development. Solar panels and rain gardens both offer strong sustainability credentials, bolstered by secure bike storage, electric vehicle charging points and a large secure ground-floor car park.  Work has now started, and we’re excited to bring high-spec apartments to the market in summer 2023.
