Harmonising old and new has never been easy, but we’re confident our Napiershall development will achieve that balance. The traditional 1890s school building with original architectural features will share its grounds with a striking modern development.

The campus, which closed as a school in the 1980s before becoming offices, has sat vacant for several years, so it’s a great opportunity to revitalise a prominent site in Glasgow’s thriving West End. Our project promises 49 new homes, 24 in the four-storey former school building and 25 in an L-shaped new-build.

All residents will enjoy high-quality living space and amenities, including raised planters and herb gardens, children’s play areas and a large new picnic lawn with some children’s play equipment. Not to mention the incredible residents’ rooftop garden designed for outdoor dining, socialising, exercise and wellness.

Sustainability and community will be at the development’s heart. We plan to heat and power all of the apartments via a ground source heat technology, meaning there will be no use of gas within the development. We will also seek to greatly enhance biodiversity having incorporated the liked of bug hotels, bird boxes, pollinating plants, and a comprehensive planting strategy. 

Work is now underway on the site with sales of the 49 apartments expected to launch in Summer 2024 and show home expected in August 2024.
